Refund Policy
All course registrations with Shaquana CPR & Safety Training LLC are final.
Due to limited seating, instructor scheduling, and course material preparation, we do not offer refunds once a class has been booked.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the class date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a transfer fee.
Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
